[FEATURE] Upload ISO

as others builders does,
download ISO from URL or local and then upload to datastore and bind to VM.
This allow dynamic ISO provisioning.

It should be easy to implement because you already are uploading the generated floppy disk.
so it should be as easy as add 2 parameters
iso_url
then download the iso, upload to vsphere
iso_datastore? [mydatastore] /isos/
then bind the iso (you already are doing it)

PR exists for this as well #146. The user has a fork with a release you can use to provide the basic functionality as well.
