Configure Power State for DC Power Control

Due a power outage I experienced a little "issue" with the DC Power Control extension:

I need to go manually to the JetKVM Dashboard and switch on the power for the device connected to the JetKVM and DC Power Control.

Idea:

Allow users to control how the DC Power Control is behaving when Power is reconnected.

E.g.

• Power off
• Power on
• Return to last state
