Dumldore v3 on windows 10 64 bit not working

I am trying to open dumldore v3.20 on windows 10 64 bit , and if i connect my dji spark,or any other dji product on usb port, dumldore doesn't open, i just can see it open in background applications,

did you ever find anything out ? having the same issue with my dji fpv racer.

At the moment the only solution is to open dumldore with a windows 7 pc, also virtual machine work's
