Sure thing, I will add some basic setup documentation. One thing to note: our general plan is to refactor the core of the app. While this app will still act as a webhook and manage repositories, it will use an existing GitHub scanning tool rather than reinventing the wheel by writing our own scanning code. So the scanning code is eventually going to change, though everything else should continue on the same trajectory.
