improvement for transfer-config : specify a target path for the generated export

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The transfer-config generates a system export on the OS temp folder (see here). This can be troublesome when :

• artifactory is running in a container
• I can't install / am not authorized to install anything in the container

Describe the solution you'd like to see
when running the command, it'd be nice to specify the target path where to save the generated export. That path could then be a docker volume mounted on the host machine and so accessible outside the container

Describe alternatives you've considered
we could also use the JFROG_CLI_TEMP_DIR env variable like here

Additional context
It will be very useful for K8S installation which will be using the CLI in a side car container
