There's a small mistake in the release notes:
The problem is only in the release notes, Pandoc 3.1.13 works correctly, as discussed in #9604: $ pandoc -t context

I’m on Linux Mint 21.3 and desperately try to update my one year old "Quick cabal method"-installed Pandoc 3.1.2 to 3.1.13, and for the life of me don’t succeed! After a What is wrong? Thanks for the hint! Guess I got that when installing 3.1.2 in March last year. How can I update that? It seems to be apt-installed, that possible? EDIT: Could I maybe just Sorry for bothering, I don’t really understand the Haskell/Cabal world. Have it only for Pandoc—and that’s worth a little effort to get. I’d normally prefer a |
