better URL conversion to ConTeXt #1270

Pure url links such as http://wiki.contextgarden.net> should be converted to ConTeXt:

\useURL[url1][http://wiki.contextgarden.net]\from[url1].

This option uses \hyphenatedurlinternally and the url can be formatted with \setupurl.

Links (such as [Pandoc](https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/)) are already fine.
