Support for converting from Pandoc-Markdown to Perl POD/Pod

Perl 5 uses POD for its docs. Perl 6 uses an updated POD called "Pod" (note
case, also see http://perlcabal.org/syn/S26.html ).

Perl users (and the CPAN) are accustomed to having their docs written in
Perl 5 POD.

It would be very useful to be able to write my docs in Pandoc-Markdown and
create .pod files from them.
