Add DokuWiki Reader

Split from #386 - a good start might be the Mediawiki reader.

Workaround:
I reused Thorsten Staerk's PHP script to convert dokuwiki to mediawiki as an intermediate step in order to then convert it via pandoc to html. By downloading whole folder of dokuwiki TXTs of individual pages and running the script I instantly get a new bunch of very simple HTML files perfect for inserting to our eshop.

I've used DokuWiki for 10 years or so for some simple ongoing personal wikis and so I am familiar with the markup. I like to make ASCII file notes independent of any wiki infrastructure and while Markdown is great it often falls short, as the myriads of alternatives show, so I would love to be able to use DokuWiki formatted text files independent of DokuWiki.
