Explain the problem.

While testing pandoc-2.16.1 on OpenBSD with GHC 8.10.6 and cabal-3.4.0:

% cabal v2-test
...

2 out of 2930 tests failed (64.08s)

Test suite test-pandoc: FAIL

The log file shows these two failures:

Layouts can be moved around in reference doc: FAIL
pptx/layouts/input.native: openFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
Use -p '/Layouts can be moved around in reference doc/' to rerun this test only.
Layouts can be missing from the reference doc: FAIL
pptx/layouts/input.native: openFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
Use -p '/Layouts can be missing from the reference doc/' to rerun this test only.
