Acceptance Criteria

Works with Dockerized PiHole Trial PiHole in a Docker Container #1
Reliable
Fallback if a target instance is unavailable
Syncs DHCP reservations
Syncs Black and White Lists
Regularly updated and functional within a month of regular PiHole upgrades; within a week of critical security patches.
