Not showing up on Safari 9.1.1 #13

Hi,

Im trying to install it on Safari, but it won't appear on the extension's list or on the toolbar.

When I click to install, it show a message:

"Are you sure you want to install the extension “Live CSS Editor”? - This extension is not from the Safari Extensions Gallery. You should only install extensions from sources you trust."

After I click "trust", nothing happens.

What could that be?
