Update workflow for rendering for use with _Quizzes

If the Quizzes are stored in a separate repository, the workflow as it is doesn't exactly work. Need to reconfigure so that you can tell it to only to render and not look for quizzes.

This is working as of now: https://github.com/jhudsl/OTTR_Quizzes in addition with the #480 it should be resolved I've been testing it on https://github.com/jhudsl/Reproducibility_in_Cancer_Informatics_Quizzes and https://github.com/jhudsl/Adv_Reproducibility_in_Cancer_Informatics_Quizzes
