update to 3.26

还是提示“load model :paraformer-zh is not registered”或“iic/SenseVoiceSmall is not registered”。
用openai-whisper(本地)没有问题。
更新到3.27问题依然没有解决。
之前用v2.09的“zh recogn中文识别”是能正常使用的。

电脑使用代理了？关掉试试。似乎modelscope网络请求问题

关掉代理确实运行正常了，感谢。
有办法通过设定特定地址不走代理解决嘛？
