Keep app alive at Android15 background

Keep app alive under Android 15 environment

原因 / Reason

A15 introduce some new background policies for cracking down on rogue apps but also damaging the foss app's background's ability accidentally.

I cant keep this app alive for background downloading even after enabling "Allow background usage" and modifying "Stand by" developer option at A15's correspondent setting page.

I dont want to put my things away and stay at this app for 15mins only for downloading some big archives

建议实现 / Suggested implemention

1. Make a lasting notification as an indicator like other "foss" program ( a classic example: telegram-foss, use a "push service" notification banner for background activity)
2. Display some useful info granted by user like download content or speed, mark this notification as sensitive so when screen locked no one would see it.
3. For disguise and privacy, let that notification display some weather info , user typed info......

In short, I encountered this "frozen problem" after I put it into background for downloading archives everytime. Today I test this on normal download task and this problem emerged again.

I cant find any meaningful log at jhentai or logfox

There is no other service to freeze it, my a15 standby policy is "active" for jhentai.
