bootstrap-responsive.html template missing pagination #439

I think the new bootstrap-responsive.html template inadvertently strips out the pagination controls. Adding these lines may help:

{% if table.page and table.paginator.num_pages > 1 %}
{% block pagination %}
{{ block.super }}
{% endblock pagination %}
{% endif %}
