[syncoid] Feature request - Scheduling syncoid tasks

It would be nice to be able to use a yaml config file to configure syncoid tasks. Thanks for all the work you have put into sanoid and syncoid as they make working with zfs snapshots and replication very easy.

A rough example of what the config might look like.

[zpoolname/parent]
    frequent_period = daily
    dest = 10.1.10.11:zpoolname2/parent
    ssh_key = /home/user/.ssh/key.pub
