Support for data generation has already been added to finetuner-core and api, what is left is to add support for creating the appropriate config for data generation jobs and sending this to the api from the client

My current approach is to create an additional function finetuner.syntheszie to act in the same way that finetuner.fit acts. create_run will continue to be an alias for fit to prevent breaking changes
