The data consultation regarding Document collection, also known as contexts

As described in the paper, the data should include a portion of the Document collection. However, in other papers referencing MedQA, I have observed the use of data from the contexts section for training. Yet, when I downloaded the data from Google Cloud, it only included sections such as question, answer, options, meta_info, and metamap_phrases, without the contexts section. Therefore, I would like to consult with you to clarify whether my understanding is incorrect or if the data has been modified.
