Doesn't the rule "Be production ready" mean that solutions can correctly handle files with e.g 1 or 2 posts?

Now all solutions that I saw will add a first post to related, if the post doesn't have enough related posts.

That rule was added after majority of solutions were submitted so it's not really enforced.
