Stream proxy removal

I would suggest keeping the proxy code in (the response generator that was removed due to Plex now following the url given in the lineup)

I suggest this because it does no harm being there, but means that you can use the same script with either Plex or some other app that does not take any notice of the url given (Emby, for example)
