Is there a way to run this in multiple cores to speed up the execution time?

For the earlier discussion on this, see #16 and https://github.com/RGLab/Rtsne.multicore/. I have been testing an implementation of this, but am currently not convinced of the quality of my own implementation to incorporate it into the package. This might change in the future.
