DVD/Optical drive not working correctly #236

I'm using docker-compose to setup my handbrake docker and I have passed along my DVD drive via the devices command. Now, when I click on Open Source it does not detect any DVD that has been inserted, but if I manually navigate to /dev/sr0 it scans the drive and is able to proceed.

Am I missing something? Is more needed to mount and use a DVD drive properly?
