I'm am very close to using this project regularly, but a few tweaks could really help that.
I don't see any index similar to a github issue list which would be extremely helpful in browsing the offline issues.

Also the html output doesn't seem to render a style to the markdown within the comment bodies, so, for example, lists come out in straight text.

I don't have any experience atm with Node.js, but I'd like to help contribute if I can.
