python 3.9 conversion

Thinking of converting this project to python 3.9 compatibility so I can use it with llama_index in the same project.

Are there any specific features or libraries that pushes this to a python 3.10 requirement? anything I should be aware of or watch out for before I embark on this?

hi @cklapperich - there's widespread use of 3.10+ typing features for one! I'm not sure there's anything that couldn't be easily translated - though I could be forgetting something
