Offline German TV Streams

The following channels are not available from a german IP address anymore:

• DAZN FAST+
• Nickelodeon
• MTV Germany (deleted in Broken: MTV Germany iptv-org/iptv#17680)
• Deluxe Music Rock (newly shut down)
• Deluxe Music Flashback (newly shut down)
• Folx TV (somewhat online and the same m3u8 is linked from the webpage)
• One 1 Music TV (somewhat online and the same m3u8 is linked from the webpage)
• Zwei 2 Music TV (somewhat online and the same m3u8 is linked from the webpage)
• Wir24TV (offline, website points at this youtube livestream, which is deleted)
• OK Fulda (shut down recently)
• OK Gießen (shut down recently)
• TV Halle (no live transmission according to wikipedia)
• ELBEKANAL

I'd recommend just removing them to cleanup the list for now.

Newly located streams:

• Deutsche Welle (EN) (It seems the m3u8 URI changed slightly. Official webpage)

• DF1 (I guess they use changing m3u8 links, fetched from here. Current m3u8 is here

What about using Pluto TV (h.264 1280x720@30) which currently don't require an account
and Browser Plugin/Add-on The Stream Detector to fetch the m3u8?
Unfortunately they interrupt the programme with self-promotion for the other channels.
I don't know if the URLs are stable and how often they change.
The question is how many parameters are required and how to append them?
Do we need an helper application on OS which simulates a browser and fetches a valid URL?

DF1 is Geo-blocked (Current m3u8 stream) Works using VPN
DAZN Fast+ is under paywall but Free to watch in Samsung Plus TV and PlutoTV???
MTV DE & Nick / Comedy Central were removed from Free Streaming to be watched through by a TV Provider???
My guess is Deluxe removed Flashback and Rock as their music channels.
Folx Streams aren't working and are featured as VOD (Folx TV, One 1 Music TV, Zwei 2 Music TV)
DW Stream (English) still works and Streams on YouTube
Euronews also streams on YouTube but also in Free To Watch places
No m3u8 for ERF 1 that I could find and also for Wir24 TV as well hamburg 1, Ok Fulda, OK Gießen, TV Halle, ELBEKANAL, Sylt1, Potsdam TV???

I fear we cannot use Pluto TV. Without the jwt parameter a HTTP 401 error is returned. The javascript code also is aware of the client's ip address (although I was able to stream the same m3u8 URI on different IPs). The javascript also gets a json with the boolean suspicious. So I would guess Pluto TV time-outs session ids, the json web token will expire and contains the user's IP address etc. Pluto TV is unfortunately not fitting as-is.

Edit: Some company has been going around and sending DMCA takedown requests to at least one project providing Pluto TV m3u8s. While there are other sides that generate m3u8 links, we should proceed with caution.

It seems that the stream of CNN international does not work anymore as well.

But an alternative is mentioned here: iptv-org/iptv#17900
