Message:
##[warning]A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'and'.

'Az.Accounts' with version '2.5.1' does not reproduce the warning

This warning has been introduced by 'Az.Accounts' with version '2.5.3' it does not effect the behavior, which is a pretty new version https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/Az.Accounts/2.5.3

To avoid the warning : Get a fix for the most recent version 2.5.3 or force version 2.5.1

@xcbinder have you actually filed a bug on this? I have this issue recently surfaced in my Azure Pipeline. I haven't been able to find a bug filed on this on GitHub but if you have one, can you please provide the link? Thank you!
