This library no longer works because the Dice API is shut down

After receiving reports from users that the jobs-dice package wasn't working, I realized that the Dice API we were using was no longer responding with successes. After emailing their tech support team, I received the following:

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately Dice no longer has a public API. 

If you have any questions, or if I may be of any further assistance, please respond to this email or call me directly for faster resolution.

Thank you for choosing Dice and have a great day!

For that reason, I will no longer support this Job Board API package, I will be removing it from Jobs Multi and JobsToMail, and I will make notices on the readme/docs to this effect. The composer package will not be removed, so it won't break any dependencies, but just know that if you're importing and using this package, it will no longer work.

If you're looking for alternatives to Dice's job board with working APIs, I would suggest one of the following:

• ZipRecruiter
• Indeed
• StackOverflow

We have free API clients for many other job boards as well.

Thank you for contacting us. Dice no longer has a public API available. Any information that was previously accessible is in the process of being deactivated by our Product Development Team. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I have passed your interest in accessing a public API onto our Product Development Team. Please note, this is not in any way a guarantee that our Product Team will release any information.
