Add organisation to part of the wireguardpeer CRD

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem per say, but will allow easier filtering of wireguard peers in a multitenancy/multiorg setup

Describe the solution you'd like
an additional optional field in the CRD and the return values when getting the resources that indicate what organisation the peer belongs to.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This could be achieved with labels, but I think it would be cleaner with the changes to the CRD
