I wish everyone a happy new year 2025 and thank you for your work and continuous development. I have already got various systems up and running with eBusd and it was always pretty easy.
One thing that always involves a bit of effort for me is coupled systems (RecoVair etc) behind a bus coupler (e.g. V32).
Would it be possible to manually assign a specific CSV to a bus address in the configuration, practically as an additional “scanning method”? This would make the setting of symlinks in the file system obsolete.
Basically, nothing ever changes on the systems after commissioning, so the addresses always remain the same and a new scan is actually superfluous.
I work exclusively with Docker containers and thanks to Composefile there is a possibility that seems simple to me at first.
Thank you at least for reading and thinking about whether it makes sense and is possible :)
