How can the eCheckbook data be used to understand spending as it relates to Strategic Direction 2023 (SD23?) #10

I've been trying to sort out how APD is coding their expenses through the strategic direction 2023 categories and so far haven't been able to figure it out. Will the large data set allow me to sort by how they are coding expenses aka (lifelong learning and culture, safety, government that works for all... etc)
