AnalogDigitalTransitionStart value lower than 6?

Hello,

Its about a week when I installed v15.7.0 on my watermeter without any issues - thanks for the great docs and all the info.

I am facing one issue though - my water meter consistently changes the last digit too early (or too late - depend on how you look at it). In reality it changes from 198,3 to 199,4 (based on real behavior not based on recognition). That means the last digit transition happened between 0,3 to 0,4. I found the AnalogDigitalTransitionStart parameter but that one is restricted only between 9,9 and 6,0.

Is there any way to set even lower value? Whould it even work?
