Couldn't think of a better title/description of the issue.
The view should only scroll when the snake gets near a boundary, instead of having the snake (vertically) central at most times.
The view should not jump on start. If the cursor is within the view, then start the snake there and leave the view alone. If the cursor is out of sight start snake in center of current view.
