Describe the problem that needs solving
Currently my OnePlus phone with Android 13 can display the app at 60FPS, which is slow compared to other apps.

Describe the solution you'd like
There is a patch somewhere if you use Flutter.

I think this is an isolated issue to Oneplus devices as 120hz works fine for me. Could be due to oneplus locking some apps to 60hz to save battery?

idrk, maybe, but I'm sure I have battery saving mode disabled
