Calendar picker' time drop-drop list issue #182

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to "Content > Articles > Add New Article". Open "Publishing" section. Click on "calendar-icon' button at one of date fields

Expected result

Actual result

Drop-down list' width is not enough in showing drop-down option
