Which composer and node versions are recommended

I have not found any information about recommended versions. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right place. I would have expected it here:

While running composer install I get this

composer install

npm ci was fine.

My installation:

v14.15.3

HI, I have noet really an answer, but since the beginning, I used to update my node / composer software from time to time and never noticed any issues. So I suppose that there is no recommentation for a special version.
