Not working in IE #9

Does this work on IE8 ?

I tried the new branch but the following doesn't seem to work

var sherpa = new Sherpa.Router();
sherpa.add('/test').to('testRoute')
sherpa.recognize('/test')

it falls over on the recognize method.
