Audio is glitchy at the end of each statement

Describe the bug
At the end of each statement in the video, an audio glitch can be heard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create commentary for a race
2. Watch the video back and listen

Expected behavior
The audio should be smooth between clips

This issue from the moviepy repo has some helpful workaround information: Zulko/moviepy#1005

While I'm here, normalizing each voice clip would be a good idea, since some voices are quieter than others.
