Optimal versions for libs

I’m currently in the process of building a Docker container based on the libraries you’ve specified. However, I’ve encountered some challenges during the build, particularly around dependency management and compatibility.

Could you please provide the specific versions of the libraries you’re using in your environment?

I don't remember the exact versions but the only rigid requirement I remember is torch=1.7.1 and cuda 10
