remove command should be able to remove remote repos

Describe the problem you're trying to solve
it should be possible to remove a modelkit from a remote repository, similar to the way it is done for local ModelKits.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a --remote tag to that would apply the remote commands to remote repository bypassing the local. Regardless of whether the same ModelKits exists locally or not.
