KitOps.ml Updates

1. Update the Main Menu change "Why Kit?" to "Get Started" and link to the getting started documentation
2. In the Key Features section, link Dev Mode docs to the Dev Mode feature
3. Under Why Kit section, link ModelKit and Kit CLI blocks to their respective documentation pages.
4. In the same section, on the Kit CLI block, link "model registry" to jozu.ml
5. Under FAQ "Where are modelkits stored" updated text to say "for example in a container registry like Docker Hub or Jozu Hub"
6. Update the following FAQ title (also "Where are modelkits stored") to "Is KitOps open source and free to use?"
