Alternative search solution

Pagefind is an interesting solution. It pre-indexes website and stores index in binary format. When user searches it will download only relevant parts of the index. It also supports faceted search and highliting results

Integration with analytics

Some analytics solutions allow to use custom events. We can use those events to track how search is used.
