Pages & Dialogs Demo does not work well

At the current version of the testpage some thing do not work properly on ipad2

1. Selecting "single page template" results in an un-styled page, same with "multi page"
2. page transitions are not animated at all
3. "persistent nav toolbar" at initial load the footer toolbar is at the bottom of the viewport. 1st time scrolling the footer apears only at the very bottom of the page

We're prepping for the rc1 release as we speak so the JS/CSS urls to the CDN have been updated to the rc1 files that don't yet exist.

Regarding your #3 what page are you viewing? Also, is your iPad running iOS 5?

I'm going to close since #1 was just because we had changed the css/js refs for rc1, this is fixed, #2 is because we do a data-ajax="false" on those links so no transitions will happen, and #3 should be logged as a separate issue but this might be a duplicate.
