If you touch and drag off of an item using latest (or 1.0rc1) jquerymobile the item doesn't get another event that cancels it.

e.g. go to http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0rc1/ and touch any of the menu items and drag your finger off the menu item, it remains in it's highlighted state.
