feature request: sticky footer inside a panel

It'll be a great feature if we can have a sticky footer inside panels.

We could look into making toolbars work inside panels for a future version. Here is some custom CSS to create a sticky footer: http://jsbin.com/edeluh/52/edit (note I didn't do much testing).
