All the links are working fine except the product review in the default language. How it can be fixed?
/review/product/list/id/1210/
Response:
Gone
The requested resource
/review/product/list/id/1210/
is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Please remove all references to this resource.

with another store id (not the default one), like /es/review/product/list/id/1210/ it works.

I can't reproduce it.
Don't you have something in log files?
