When runned within a github workflow it would be cool that executeTestPlan update annotations as the test files gets executed.

The idea would be that every time a file execution fails, we update the current check using github api. We reuse the error stack from the file execution to try to locate the source of the problem and give these informations to github.

That would be amazing but that's not easy to do, on hold for now hence the issue.

Certainly won't do, there is so much to do already. However it would be great to write test logs into some txt file.
