Part 3. which is itself 5 slide decks and covers the Keyword Behaviors concept central to how I am thinking about a JSON Schema "Framework", is finally available! These come in two versions:
The contents are the same, and the behavior variations are also identified by letter codes so the extra colors are not strictly necessary. |

[EDIT: Parts 1 & 2 of the slide decks linked below remain relevant. The Part 3 decks have a lot of useful information about different keyword behaviors, but at this point are unlikely to form the direct basis for further work. A capabilities approach currently seems like a more suitable conceptual framework. For this reason, I probably won't bother to finish Part 4, although feel free to contact me on Slack if you would really like to see it- I have most of it in some form or another somewhere.]
I am making a series of slide decks laying out how I think about keyword behaviors, and why and how that is an essential part of thinking about JSON Schema as a generic framework rather than as a validation system that happens to do some other things.
This would be enormous as a single presentation, so I am putting it out as probably around eight to ten slide decks. Please read the presentation notes to see what I would say if I were to give the presentations live. Some presentation notes are multiple paragraphs with blank lines between them, so be sure to scroll to make sure you have read them all. I may record videos of these at some point (I have never actually presented them).
I am publishing the introduction and the first two major slide decks now, and will keep updating this discussion until all are available.
See the next comment below for an explanation of the accessible vs original color versions of some slide decks.

I might make some updates to these as I finish the remaining decks, but I expect them to stay largely the same. The versions as of the opening of this discussion are named something like "first published version" or something similar in the version history. I will update this discussion with any major changes, as well as when I make more of the slide decks public.
