http代理

  1. Proxy -> Proxy Settings -> macOS，勾选 Enable macOS proxy、Use HTTP proxy 和 Enable macOS proxy on launch

  2. 勾选 Proxy → macOS Proxy

https 代理

macOS

  1. Help -> SSL Proxying -> Install Charles Root Certificate
  2. 安装完证书选择始终信任
  3. 勾选 Proxy → macOS Proxy

iOS

  1. Help -> SSL Proxying -> Install Charles Root Certificate on Mobile Device or Remote Browser

  2. 手动设置代理后，访问网站下载证书

  3. 在设置里面信任证书

iOS模拟器

  1. Help -> SSL Proxying -> Install Charles Root Certificate on IOS Simulators
  2. 同样需要在 IOS 模拟器设置中信任 Charles 的证书
