The logic of STOP_IF_NO_JSS_UPLOAD fails to account for somebody assigning a value other than True or False. This doesn't have a major effect, but means the verbose output indicating that the process will continue because True was not set will not be shown.

This was solved in 1.1.3. The correct options are explained in the wiki: https://github.com/jssimporter/JSSImporter/wiki/FAQ#the-recipe-isnt-creating-a-policy-if-there-is-already-a-package-on-the-server
